Auszeichnung für innovative Leistungen
Volkswagen ehrt RONAL mit dem
Corporate Supplier Award "The Leading Edge"
Als Anerkennung für seine hervorragende Zusammenarbeit mit der Volkswagen-Gruppe wurde RONAL als bester Serienlieferant der Alurad-Branche mit dem diesjährigen Corporate Supplier Award "The Leading Edge" ausgezeichnet. Im Rahmen einer Veranstaltung am 14. und 15. Juni 2000 in der Neuen Autostadt in Wolfsburg ehrte der Konzernvorstand RONAL für seine besondere Innovations- und Wettbewerbstätigkeit.
Innovatives Design
Das Unternehmen profilierte sich besonders durch eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Design-Abteilungen des Automobilherstellers. Dadurch konnten bei der Entwicklung des Designs engineering- und prozessrelevante Aspekte berücksichtigt werden, was zu einer erheblichen Gewichts- und Kosteneinsparung beigetragen hat. Darüber hinaus wurden völlig neuartige Rad-Designs mit höchstem technischem Anspruch, wie beispielsweise für den Audi A6 Allroad entwickelt, die die enorme Innovationskraft von RONAL belegen.
Hervorragender Service
Die erfolgreiche Kooperation mit der Volkswagen-Gruppe basiert vor allem auf den überzeugenden Service-Leistungen von RONAL. Durch modernste technische Einrichtungen im Entwicklungszentrum und Werkzeugbau konnten die Entwicklungszeiten um bis zu 50 Prozent reduziert werden. Des weiteren ermöglichen die ausgefeilten Planungs- und Prozesssteuerungssysteme auch bei kurzfristigen Bedarfserhöhungen eine termingerechte Umsetzung. Seine hervorragenden Fertigungsstrukturen konnte RONAL durch die Inbetriebnahme einer neuen Produktionsstätte im polnischen Walbrzych mit einer zusätzlichen Jahreskapazität von 1,4 Millionen Rädern weiter verbessern. Die Zusammenarbeit mit Volkswagen wird in naher Zukunft noch intensiviert werden: Im Herbst läuft ein weiteres RONAL-Werk in Mexiko an, das insbesondere für VW Mexiko produzieren soll. Damit wird RONAL in überzeugender Weise seinem Anspruch gerecht, als global ausgerichtetes Unternehmen lokalen Service zu bieten.
Das Unternehmen ist einer der weltweit größten Entwicklungslieferanten von Aluminiumrädern. Ohne es zu wissen, sind Millionen von Autofahrern auf RONAL-Rädern unterwegs. Denn viele Limousinen der Marken Audi, VW, Mercedes, Ford, Opel, Renault, Porsche und andere sind bereits ab Werk mit RONAL-Leichtmetallrädern ausgestattet. Jeweils in ganz unterschiedlichen Designs tragen die Räder dann das Signet des Automobilherstellers. Hergestellt werden die formschönen Alu-Räder in acht modernst ausgestatteten Fertigungsbetrieben in Deutschland, Frankreich, Spanien, Polen, Tschechien, Nordamerika und Mexiko.

The new R40 alloy wheel from RONAL was generated for the discriminating driver.
It creates a “modular look” in a one piece design with actual stainless bolts
and a machined front face finish. This high-valued wheel was designed to create
a striking optical look in a one piece wheel. The new R40 is available in
18x7,5” and 18x8,5” for 5 lug cars and was specifically made in the 4 lug
18x7,5” size.

RONAL has unveiled it’s new multi-spoke R39 wheel. This elegant, sporty, design with it’s
18 spokes extending outward from it’s deep centered hub creates a striking optical image
that will enhance the appearance of any vehicle. This dynamic design, with it’s bright metallic
silver clearcoat finish, once again, shows off RONAL’s trend setting image while being manufactured
to the highest quality standards.
This new multi spoke R39 model will be available early in 2003, to fit most cars in 4 and

RONAL presents the new R38 wheel on IAA
RONAL's new and stylish R38 aluminium wheel will be presented to the market place during the 2001 IAA in Frankfurt. Its unique character is achieved through a modern and bold outline, extended into a bright-machined rim flange to maximize the wheel's appearance.
This high-class wheel is presently offered with the dimension 17x8" and later this year will be available in sizes ranging from 15x7" to 18x8". The R38 appearance compliments the look of any car and is subsequently in line with the RONAL company objective " . . . made for the best".
